A Year of Michael Poole 2022

What an incredible year 2022 has been!

This year has seen many changes in the housing market, from coming out of covid to a complete shift in the market due to interest rates, the Ukraine war, and the cost of living. Regardless of this crazy year, we have had an amazing year at Michael Poole. This is all thanks to our wonderful customers' continued support and the hard work of our wonderful staff. We've accomplished so much in the last year. This encouragement has prompted us to open a new branch in Guisborough in January 2023, which we are very excited about.

This year, we can't say enough good things about our incredible staff and branches. This year, we added three new employees and two new apprentices to our team. Here are some examples of amazing accomplishments made by our staff this year that we want to recognise.

• A huge well done to Debbie, Nick, and Vicki who received the most 5-star amazing google reviews. All due to their hard work and dedication to their customers.
• Michael Poole, the company's director, overcame illness and worked tirelessly this year to get back on his feet. We are grateful for his return to work and for everything he does.
• Tom, a negotiator/valuer in our Middlesbrough branch, passed his CPAP examination in June.
• Harriet passed her ARLA examinations in record time!! What a superstar!
• Aslan is a Lettings Property Manager in our Middlesbrough branch who passed his Able Agents Exam. What a great achievement
• Craig Dove worked extremely hard in April while a member of staff was out sick. During a hectic month at our busiest branch, he greatly helped both existing and training new employees.

Michael Poole wishes you a very happy New Year and looks forward to doing even bigger and better things in 2022! Overall, 2022 has been a difficult year for us all, but we are grateful to our employees and customers.
