A Year Michael Poole 2021 - Roundup and Achievements.

2021 has thrown some challenges at us all, going through the global pandemic and the transition back to normal life. Regardless of this, it has been a great year for Michael Poole due to our amazing customers and staff. We have achieved so much over the past 12 months.

Since 1 January 2021...

• We have exchanged 1388 properties.
• The average exchange price of these properties was 101.63% of the asking price.
• Of 1388 exchanged properties, 564 were at or above the asking price.
• 1304 of the properties were sold above 95% of the asking price.
• We have also agreed on 379 new tenancies, not including renewals.

Celebrating our Staff!

We have had so much positive feedback about our amazing staff and branches this year, with our team growing with 19 new staff hired and 2 apprentices. We have had some amazing achievements from all our staff this year, here are just a few examples which we want to celebrate.

• Emma Eskdale is not only a hard-working member of staff, but Emma also provided the highest amount of auctions sales throughout 2021.  
• Debbie Watts is a member of the team who has been recognized this year for not only meeting her KPI’s but for her amazing customer service skills. This was all in her first months of working here. 
• Lindsay Johnston who always works extra hard behind the scenes, a particular time noted was when transitioning company formations.
• Leanne Stolweather has been recognised for being a hardworking individual who has a willingness to help anyone and everyone.
• Chloe Churchill from marketing, has not only self-taught herself graphics, video editing, and photography but has also had great success in marketing campaigns this year.
• Ian McClelland completed his Able Agent CePAP accreditation and was the first in the company to do so. 
• Sophie Groves achieved a distinction for her Estate Agency Level 2 Apprenticeship.
• Company director, Michael Poole, was appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for County Durham by the Lord-Lieutenant at his discretion. Not only this, but he has also taken over as Bench Chair for Cleveland Magistrates.
• Partner Richard Poole was appointed to the Board of ARLA Property mark for the North of England.

Best Estate Agent Guide Awards 2022 awarded Michael Poole the Gold Award for Sales 2021/2022. An amazing achievement that could not have been done without our fantastic team back home & clients who have continued to choose us as their agent for over 25 years.
