Step-by-step for tenants

We are here to help you through the renting process, from discussing your requirements, all the way to key collection and you finally moving in. We understand the process of finding a new home to rent can be stressful, that’s why we are here at every step to make the process as stress-free as possible.

We’re always on hand for any enquiries, reporting any maintenance issues, or advice on how to find the perfect home for you.

We have a series of steps below on how we help you to find a property to rent:

Step 1 - Get In Touch

Register your details and get in contact here or call to let us know that you’re interested in finding a place to rent. We’ll be in touch shortly to get the ball rolling.

Step 2 - Discuss your requirements

Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll see what properties we have to match your price range and circumstances.

Step 3 - Time to get viewing

Book viewings at properties that catch your eye and choose time slots that suit your schedule. We will do our best to accommodate you but do consider however that some properties already have tenants in them, so we’ll need to work around their schedule too. We’ll show you around each property and make sure you get all the information you need.

Step 4 - Applying & agreeing the let

Once you have found your ideal property, there’ll be an application form to fill in, a holding deposit to pay and reference checks to complete. We’ll make the entire process as quick and easy as possible, at every stage.

Step 5 - Tenancy progression

We’ll do our best to progress with these as quickly as possible, chase anyone that needs chasing and liaise with the landlord on your behalf. The more accurate information you provide at the start, the easier it will be & and will make your move a whole lot less stressful.

Step 6 - Key collection & move in day

Pack your bags. It’s time to move! We will contact you prior to move-in day to arrange your check-in appointment and key handover.
