Michael Poole Estate & Lettings Agents are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator in the Stockton area! This role is on a Full time/Part-time basis ( min 4 days per week), holiday cover, and alternating Saturdays.

The firm was established in 1994 by Michael Poole, trading from the branch on Borough Road in Middlesbrough. Joined now by his sons David Poole and Richard Poole, the firm now operates from 9 branches across the Teesside region ensuring it can offer all the right homes.... in all the right places...

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking valuations, viewings, and maintaining records
  • Achieving set targets and KPIs and having a keen attitude to exceed these
  • Satisfy customer needs and go the extra mile!
  • Liaise with clients and solicitors where appropriate to deliver excellent customer service
  • Advise & promote our other services where appropriate

  • You will be results-driven and be a strong team player
  • You will be able to build a strong rapport with all customers and colleagues to contribute to a positive working atmosphere!
  • Real Estate experience.
