We are on the lookout for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team!
Working in our busy lettings department managing a portfolio of properties roles are available in the Middlesbrough area predominantly but working as part of a thriving team.
Duties will be to effectively market current available stock, arrange viewings, attain feedback and successfully reference applicants. Arrange tenancies and organise move ins for tenants.
Ability to manage the current stock of properties in this area and build relationships with existing and new Landlords.
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with alternate Saturday.
You must be able to work on your own and as part of a team as some time in branch will be working alongside a sales team. You’ll need to be organised and work well under pressure, polite and punctual.
Lettings experience is ESSENTIAL and knowledge of existing legislation and lettings process is required to help grow this department. Ideally you’ll have at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Must be used to working to targets and achieving KPI’s.
