Spring Flowers

Make it a green space

Gardens in the winter have been hidden away, with the sunshine on the way spring is time to show off your garden. Ensure that there is plenty of green in your garden, you can do with plants, green grass, trees, bushes, and flowers. Even just refreshing this space can make a huge difference to potential buyers. If you are working with a garden that is mainly a patio, then consider adding plant pots with some daffodils or bedding plants to add some natural colours.

Dress the garden

Treat the garden like a sitting space, and put all your seating/dining garden furniture out. Dress your garden to what you think a buyer would want to use the space for. Let the potential buyers imagine spending time with their friends outside having a BBQ or sitting next to the fire pit. Even by popping some colourful cushions on garden furniture to just make the space feel warmer and more welcoming.

Paint Garden Furniture

Ensure that all garden furniture is looking fresh so that the potential buyers can imagine themselves sitting in them. If you are wanting to save money, just refresh the furniture with a splash of paint. White, Sage Greens and wood tones always work to compliment a green space. Grey, black, wood tone and even a splash of bright colours can complement a more modern garden space.
