In order to create interest, your property has to be priced correctly. Our valuation service is free of charge and carried out by one of our experienced team. We use the latest technology to research transactions that have taken place and our valuers are all members of professional bodies, ensuring they comply with the latest codes of conduct.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

All properties require an EPC when going on to the market. If your property does not have a current EPC we can provide one through our trusted, professional contacts.

Once an acceptable offer has been received, we will detail the price agreed and relevant terms in a memorandum of sale and issue this to both parties plus your respective solicitors.

We let more properties in one month than some of our competitors let in a whole year and we only let to quality tenants. We have access to quality tenants through our contacts with relocation agencies and large employers throughout the region. Our membership of the Relocation Agent Network gives us coverage with another 600 associated branches nationwide.

Tenancy Deposit Scheme

Since 6th April 2007, all landlords must protect tenants’ bonds by registering them with a government approved scheme. Joining one of the schemes is mandatory and the penalties for non-compliance are considerable. We are an approved member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) via our membership of the Dispute Service Limited.

Property Maintenance

We have our own in-house property maintenance team on call to carry out routine maintenance and improvement. We are available on an occasional or regular basis for all aspects of property maintenance; including decorating, gardening, fencing, tiling, joinery, laminate flooring, clearances and more.

Property Cleaning

Our sister company, Clean Homes UK Ltd, carries out end of tenancy cleans as well as full property cleaning services.

Unlike our competitors, we have dedicated departments to deal with these issues. This means someone is always on hand to deal with your queries and give you the peace of mind you need when letting your most valuable asset.

Without Compromising the Selling Price

The process is fast! On acceptance of an offer the buyer agrees to a timescale, giving you the peace of mind of an agreed exchange date.

Control and Security

You are in complete control, you set a reserve price and the property cannot be sold for a penny below this price. The successful buyer places a non-returnable financial deposit which is subject to an agreed timescale for completion.

Leading Auction Services

You Decide!

Option 1

This is the traditional auction where on the fall of the gavel the buyer pays a 10% deposit (subject to a minimum of £3,600) and exchanges contracts immediately. The buyer is legally bound to purchase and you as a seller are legally bound to sell. Completion is within 28 days. No ifs or buts!

Option 2

This is designed to appeal to the private residential market where on the fall of the gavel the buyer places a £3,000 non-refundable deposit with the Agents Property Auction and agrees to exchange contracts within 28 days with a further 14 days allowed for completion.
